Day 3  Anzac Dawn Ceremony
It’s a very early start as we leave our hotel in time for the Dawn Ceremony
at the Australian War Memorial in Villers-Bretonneux. The service will be an
unforgettable and emotive experience, which we share with the locals and
fellow Australians and New Zealanders who have journeyed here to pay tribute
to those brave ANZAC soldiers who fought for the town. After such an early
start the rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the town or relax as you
choose. (B)

Our journey continues with a stop at the evocative Digger Memorial.
Afterwards, we move on to the Wellington Quarry to discover the tunnels,
before making our way to Pheasant Wood Cemetery in Fromelles. As the
day closes, we visit Menin Gate in Ypres to reflect at the moving Last Post
Ceremony. (B, D)

Day 6 Ypres | Lille
First today, we stop off at Polygon Wood before moving on to Tyne Cot, a
Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery and Memorial to the Missing. This
afternoon, we walk in the shadows of soldiers around the Hooge Crater
Trenches and Museum and Hill 60 before saying our goodbyes in Lille, where
the tour comes full circle. (B)
